Multiple monitor screen share support. #18

It would be nice to see the screen share function extended to allow viewing and control of all monitors connected to the PC.

Alternatively, is there a way to force the server host to only use the primary display whilst screen sharing is active? With the current configuration, if there are windows already open on secondary displays I can't move them to the primary display with the Winkey+Shift+Left / Winkey+Shift+Right as these will just move the client's browser window.
