Kingroon KP3 with Marlin firmware

Reproduction steps

Open the project file.
Shift+click to select each item so they're all selected.
Click the "lay flat" button.

Actual results

Two of the items get merged/overlapped, like this:

Expected results

If it's going to rearrange the models when laying them flat, the resulting arrangement shouldn't overlap.
