Reproduction steps

Opening or saving to a letter-named network location throws a 'location is not available'.

Duplicate issue of #11965, but that report was two separate issues.

Actual results

Mapped locations are inaccesible.

Expected results

Import and export to letter-named mapped locations performed as expected prior to beta 5.0.0 error report

Hi @GrahamKowalski thank you for your report. I couldn't reproduce this myself, one of my colleagues will try to reproduce this. I will keep you posted.
