Thanks for the report. 5.1 for Windows has a bug that keeps models from slicing in certain orientations. Try moving the model on the build plate and/or rotating the model. You may find a location/rotation where it will slice. The bug appears to be fixed in the 5.2beta. If the model isn't watertight you might be able to repair it in MS 3D Builder that is included with Windows. Open the file in Builder, Select the Import button, and the program will inform you if there are errors. I'll mark this as a duplicate.
