Thanks for the report and the file. "The model is not watertight and may not print correctly" warning came up. I was able to slice this on the first try, but I see this area on each fin. image

That feather edge is not good. Here is the report from formware.co.OnlineSTLrepair -> Analysed your file: --> 0 Naked edges (?) --> 0 Planar holes (?) --> 0 Non-planar holes (?) --> 587 Non-manifold edges (?) --> 834 Inverted faces (?) --> 2 Degenerate faces (?) --> 28 Duplicate faces (?) --> 0 Disjoint shells (?) -> Repairing: 100.00% ----- Repair completed in 4923ms ------ -> Vertex count changed from 17502 to 17979 (+477) -> Triangle count changed from 36178 to 36924 (+746)

I didn't get any improvement when I sliced a repaired model. Those edges are still raggedy. This model has the dubious distinction of suffering from almost every bug issue I've read about here in the last couple of months. (@MariMakes I think this is an excellent example for the Cura Team to use in their debugging.) Here is the repaired model.
