Zip file downloaded from Thingiverse, Stormtrooper helmet. 16 files total files Part1-Part11 sliced without issue Part12 not slicing even after 5 hours. Restarted the PC ran Cura and tried again, The same issue persisted. I opened the file in Prusa Slicer and it completed in there so I do not believe the issue is with the file

The Zip file will not attach so here is a link to the file. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:391664

Thanks for the report. I didn't act on this report because I don't like to download the raw files. Not knowing your settings (which a project file would provide) is a severe handicap when investigating what might be going on.

There was another report similar to this and it turned out that turning off "Optimize Wall Printing Order" allowed a "hung" slice to finish. It worked for my Ender 3 Pro and Win10. See if that makes a difference on your setup.
