Thanks for the report. That is a bad model. You can see in your screenshots that there are red surfaces facing upward. That means that surfaces are inverted and Cura cannot tell where the inside of the model is. You need to repair the model and slice it again. Here is your model on the left and a repaired model on the right. image

Here you see the repaired model sliced, but the original model does not. image

So this is a model error rather than a bug. I'll remove the bug label and close this. I hope you understand.
