the model is sliced ​​correctly, the problem is in the G-code. When you look at the printing process you can see the error. The red long stripe should not appear in the first print layer

Thanks for the report. The Neptune 4 isn't included with 5.6.0 (it will be in 5.7). What are you using for a definition file? Those look like purge lines that might be in the StartUp gcode (like Creality definitions). The first extrusion in a Cura gcode is always skirt/brim/raft. I'll remove the bug label for now as this certainly appears to be a StartUp Gcode problem. Post a gcode file that has that behavior.
