Temperature prepend lines added before startup gcode altough startup code exists in Cura 5.7.2 #19226

Reproduction steps
1) Normal slice with startup gcode present 2) Generated gcode file had the prepend temperature gcode lines included
Actual results
Cura adds the temperature prepend lines before the startup gcode although there are "cura keywords" in the startup for the bed and/or hot end.
Expected results
Prepend temperature gcode lines should not be present because startup gcode do exits in machine settings
