PP-489 Reduce oozing in dual extrusion printing on UltiMaker Factor 4

Adds 0.1C to the heat up speed, reduces time spend at printing temperature without printing.

Description

Slight tuning on heat up speed to get closer to the machine heat up speed. Already immensely improves print quality and print times for current PID settings.
