"Manage Printers" opens only once #19385

Operating System

MacOS Sonoma 14.5

Printer

Creality Ender 3

Reproduction steps

I went Settings>Printer>Manage Printers, and I adjusted my machine settings.
Then I closed the window. Later, I went Settings>Printer>Manage Printers to adjust the settings again...

Actual results

Nothing happens. So I quit Cura and open it again. Lo and behold, I can get to my machine settings once again. But only once. If I need to look at those again, I have to quit Cura and reopen it. I can't really share a screenshot, since the problem is the absence of a menu window.

Expected results

The dropdown menus should work all the time, not just once per session.

The window for the settings goes behind the Cura window, if you use Command + Tab (switch between open windows) it should be there. It's a known issue we're working on.
