Open darkfrei opened 2 months ago

darkfrei commented 2 months ago

Cura Version

5.7.1

Operating System

Windows 10

Printer

Anicubic Kobra 2

Reproduction steps

I've used the line width 1mm, but several lines are not filled (yes, in the real prointed part too):

2024-09-12T16_46_46-Shelf 5-44-T200 - UltiMaker Cura2

Actual results

Model has gaps in the first layer, several lamels are not filled

Expected results

But several of them are good filled, I expect that all geometry with same size have the same filling pattern.

Thanks for the report. You attached the model but without knowing what your settings are I have to guess. Please provide a project file.

I can duplicate this at 1.0 line width when the Top/bottom line directions are set to [0,90] or [90,0]. The problem goes away if the Top/Bottom line directions are the default [ ] (which is [45,135]). This is with the line directions at [0,90] image

And this is with the line directions [ ]. image

Here I changed the line width to 0.60 and the condition persists. image

It looks like something wonky is going on there. The Cura team will take a look.
