[Feature Request] - % indicator in Slicing dialog

Please add an incrementing % indicator to the "Slicing..." text or thermometer bar. Sometimes on vary large or very complex (or worse, both) models, especially at high resolutions, I cannot tell if the program has stalled, frozen, or is still continuing to slice, as the thermometer bar is moving so slowly as to be imperceptible.
