Alternative implementation of CURA-10805 as implemented in #1910 Don't merge this yet, since this PR is only tested by compilation and not by actually testing it.

Type of change

Biggest difference between the two PR's are:

broadcast subscriptions are no longer strings but SlotID's
broadcast is now also a slot, this allows for pure listing plugins like loggers, it also allows use to retrieve the slot_id such that we can call the modify and broadcast with the slot_id
Unifying the broadcast, modify (and in the future generate) are now done with the modify slot and not SlotID.

TODO

[x] The new SlotID also needs be updated in Cura.proto in Cura
[x] The broadcast in the SlotRegistry needs to traverse all the slot types
[ ] The slots types: slot_postprocess and slot_simplify either needs to be renamed to slot_postprocess_modify and slot_simplify_modify or slot_settings_broadcast needs to be renamed to slot_settings Not sure which is the better naming scheme.
[ ] ~Create a factory which will register the plugin if given a SlotID~
[ ] ~Use CRTP such that PluginProxy/SlotProxy do only implement modify/generate/broadcast if they support it.~
