Move material function when pausing. #97

Hello Thinkergnome,

I use your custom firmware, and you did a great work ! Congrats !

However, i want to know if you can add the "move material" function when pausing ?

To purge nozzle with the new material. Because when i use a small nozzle (0.15), it take a time, and really hard to push by hand. If you can do that, it will be so nice.

With the https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2Marlin/pull/114 fix and after fixing https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2Marlin/issues/117 this wouldn't be necessary anymore right?
