Currently it is not possible to send an assembly to CURA. It works only with single parts which really limits the use of this plugin. When you are working with assemblies you still have to create the assembly-STL manually and send it to CURA. Too bad.

An Ultimaker Essentials subscription gives you to option to open most CAD format such as NX parts and assemblies directly in Cura.

If I understood that correctly: To use Essentials I have to have an ultimaker printer then , right? I havn't. I it's also available without an Ultimaker printer: I could not find the pricing.
