Is there a way to catgorize from this list of hosts for specific domains? Im trying to collate a complete list catering to different type of domains like it has been categorized at https://dsi.ut-capitole.fr/blacklists/index_en.php.

If possible some solution where different types of hosts have different files and one mega file for all the hosts
