Duplicates in outputed files #41

While reviewing the first results after the infrastructure restart, I noticed that duplicates are still present in the outputs.

It does not have any influences in the generation of clean.list and the whole family but it can be disturbing while reviewing outputs.

A fix is highly wanted.

Closing as this issue is fixed by PyFunceble-dev >= 2.30 (Future 3.0 base).
