Blacklisting any CloudFlare is actually good from the point of privacy, as NON of the connection are secured, they are all decrypted, and all your data are harvested by CF to collect any possible PII data, this includes personal data like your cc, birthday, real name, sexual orientation etc. Just read their non-privacy rules, which you against the GDPR are not shown before(when) you enters their network of personal data tapping. This make CF a eavesdropping MITM reverse proxy, that is operated against the GDPR and a lot of US laws
