Add a button rightward of the "Play macro" Select2 of the macro tab of the key action popover.
Use the up-right-from-square icon in the button, make its hover title "Jump to macro", and make it jump to the selected macro.
Also add a button rightward of the jump to macro button with the tooltip of "Create new macro for this key" and the "plus" font awesome icon, which creates a new macro and jumps to it.
