Revamp Traceback Message #17

[x] Check if all parts of the code send the traceback as a message to the user to be reported.
[x] Change the error message to ephemeral.
[x] Add following algo for posting error messages.
[x] Do the same for buttons...

~~Slight issues: For some reason a malformed request in the first attempt to respond voids the interaction, causing the traceback message to not send.~~

EDIT: I've found a workaround for this, should be good now.

Implemented in Dev Version of the bot, will merge changes after some other stuff I intend to compete.
