v2017.8.0 Windows build crashes with 192kHz device #330

Actual behaviour

Setting up the audio device in USDX, it crashes shortly after changing the Audio device to the desired one.

Expected behaviour

USDX should not crash.

Steps to reproduce

Open the ultrastardx.exe
Open the sound settings, select a 192 kHz (24 Bit) device
Wait for a while, about 15 seconds
USDX will crash

USDX version: 2017.08.0 Stable
Operating System + version: Windows 10 17046

basisbit commented 7 years ago

caused by a bass api change / bug or Windows 10 having ridiculously shitty audio input device setting defaults. Workaround: in windows audio settings -> device recording settings -> format set it to 44100Hz
