Draft release notes for 2024.3.0. It is intended to be released on Saturday 2024-03-02.

Note on removal of P3 There is a ticket open for this: #746 See also this comment: https://github.com/UltraStar-Deluxe/format/issues/17#issuecomment-1915255981 It is indeed a breaking change, but the consensus appears to be that it won't be missed. To prevent accidentally overwriting files when the editor is used (which is currently a destructive operation anyway when P3 is used, since it'll write back two independent P1 and P2 sections), removal will be implemented in such a way that songs with P3 (or higher) will not be loaded at all, with a message in Error.log.
