Cover Art - plugin missing #47

Hi, maybe I'm not able to understand how to get plugins, but I try to get better cover art for my songs. Unfortunately the window that shows up only states that I'm missing plugins and I should visit the project page. I only have the 5 plugins installed coming with the latest windows version. Where can I get missing plugins or is the cover art function broken? Best regards Christian

Hi, they are indeed broken/outdated/obsolete. There used to be three cover image plugins

  1. https://albumartexchange.com/ --> nowadays heavily protected against scraping
  2. freecovers.net --> does not exist anymore
  3. Amazon Product Advertising API --> requires access ID/key (if it even still works)

Best free cover art source is IMHO is https://fanart.tv/, but there is no plugin for that. Maybe you should have a look at USDB Syncer.
