[BUG] Wallpaper set to default wallpaper when the dark theme is turned on #19

Describe the bug Wallpaper set to 'default' wallpaper when the dark theme is turned on

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to settings > desktop > apperance
  2. Set the style to dark

Expected behavior The wallpaper won't change when the dark theme turned on

I PR'ed a fix already but they haven't merged it. However, we applied the patch on Terra 39 and UM39, meaning this bug should be fixed once your system is up to date.
