[BUG] Immutable -- Manually switching wallpaper causes wallpaper to momentarily to display other wallpaper

Describe the bug

Minor graphical glitch -- When cycling through the available wallpapers, there is the occasional momentarily moment a wallpaper not selected will display. In particular, the wallpaper with the mountain and lake. It is only for an instance and it resolves itself.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the menu launcher (start menu)
2. Select "Budgie Control Center"
3. Select "Background"
4. Select background to view in full screen.

Expected behavior

For it to display only the photo I select when selected.

Additional context

This is such a small "non-issue" that if anyone even notices, I'd be surprised. I wouldn't worry about it, especially since it corrects itself in 1 second.
