If you're having issues with i18n/translations, please post on this issue. We're trying to gather more data for investigation.

Please make sure to note which version and edition of Ultramarine you’re on, as well as what components/applications are affected.

Which edition and version of UM are you on?

I'm on ultramarine OS 40 with gnome

Could you send the output of

locale
echo $LANGUAGE

es_ES.UTF-8 everywhere except in LC_ALL where there's nothing
