Tools package missing dlls #114

The tools in the nuget tools package does not work out of the box, should probably include Ultraviolet.dll and Newtonsoft.Json.dll.

Looks like some things got left out last time I was mucking around with the tools.

This will be fixed in the next release. Thanks for the report!
