Minor bug fixes. #10

Detect shifter button presses while in gear.
Filter callbacks coming from a different SPI port.
Free SPI port if an error occurs.

Correct, I had missed these cases in my initial testing because I didn't have the driver board running and didn't think to test pressing a button while in gear...
