Reverted CAN retransmission to be enabled. Disabling was a mistake as it is required for proper transmission in case of a collision. With 2 ODrives collisions would cause a high amount of missing packets otherwise.
Local encoder can be disabled by compiler
E-Stop can be used to delay the startup and keep forces disabled in most situations when estop is active at start
E-Stop can delay interrupt TMC calibration properly in most cases without causing glitches or unwanted states
Analog and digital sources are disabled by default
