Fixed a possible CAN mailbox overflow if 2 can motor drivers are used at the same time.
Adds an experimental PI autotuning routine to the TMC. Not for all motors reliable yet but can be used as a starting point.
Also adds experimental support for SSI encoders. Tested successfully with the AMT232B.
