Make Minecraft plugin use lib system #20

I don't like including other peoples' files like this: https://github.com/UltrosBot/Ultros-contrib/blob/master/Minecraft/plugins/minecraft/minecraft_query.py

Luckily, we have the lib system now and so I don't need to do this anymore. This is a reminder, so that I can fix this.

Defunct. MCStatus is on pip now.
