guardian is slow in water #8

the list of powers for the guardian state that they "can swim easily, and breath in water". i also saw that the power origins:swim_speed is in the list of powers for a guardian/elder guardian. however in game, there is no extra swimming speed at all. could you please look into this issue? thank you.

Shouldn't happen anymore in newer versions.
