Feature Request - Choose IOS versions for patching #9

As far as i can tell the IOS versions that you patch are probably relevant to 
something like which system menu you are using

i think people who use 4.3 are using ios60 and ios80
and people who use 4.2 are using ios60 and ios70

either way it would be nice to have a selection for which IOS to use to 
generate the DI and the BOOT2 

i think the official build is supposed to use ios60 and ios80 right now but i 
hear of people using ios70 instead if they have issues running sneek

so basically a selection of ios 60 / 70 / 80 for the source for 00001 and 0000e 
app files would be nice default to whatever you are configured to use now

actually i think crediar said something awhile ago about he updated to the 
ios80 e.app
so ill add an option to get the ios 70 e.app or the 80
