Custom Keypress Volume Not Working On 2.1 #298

Changing the volume in tweaks does nothing to change the volume; keypresses are 
always at full 
volume. 

Noticed when I updated my phone to Android 2.1.

It seems that Eclair broke the sound FX range.
Also, I noticed that the sound FX are all the same, no matter which key I press.
It should be that backspace, enter and space should have different keys.
