Incomplete French dictionnary #300

Many words aren’t recognized. I’ve noticed the fr.xml is 5.590 lines long,
while the aspell dictionary (on Linux) is… almost 630.000 lines long!
I’m not sure the Apache licence is compatible with the GNU licence of
Aspell, but is there something you can do?

@agnes.zietek, as I told you about the BEPO layout, this also be attend to in
external packages support.
About the aspell, I can't use it, since I'm under Apache (which I don't think is
compatible in any way with GPL).
I need to research about the licenses, and maybe change my.
