German Translation #301

Even there is a german keyboard layout, there is actually no german
translation for the softkeyboard UI. 

Also, the wordbook has some mistakes, because it uses the old german
ß-writing instead the new one. peoples that want the older version can add
their own words. 

I've already sent menny an email adressing this issue and provided german
language files. they should make it into source soon.
