letter ת' replaced with 'New shekels' mark in physical keyboard on G1 #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.clicking on letter ת'  in physical keyboard
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output:
ת
i get the 'New shekels' mark ₪

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cm-4.2.15.1
AnySoftKeyboard_20100222 and
AnySoftKeyboard_20100314

This is not the end of the tests, this is only the first.
Other tests:
1) are all other keys OK?
2) Do you get the New Shekel when you press ALT+SHIN
3) Do you get question mark when you press ALT+,
4) Do you get , when you press SHIFT+,

1. all keys working fine.
2. ALT+ש write 'a'. SHIFT+ש write 'A'.
3. ALT+, write question mark
4. SHIFT+, write question mark too.. although pressing SHIFT-SHIFT(twice to make
SHIFT always on) than pressing , working fine.

1. all keys working fine.
2. ALT+ש write '₪'. SHIFT+ש write 'A'. working fine.
3. ALT+, write backslash \.
4. SHIFT+, write ,. working fine.

I didn't notice that ALT+, doesn't work as expected...

there are still problems with ALT+,
now its just write ^
SHIFT+, is okay
