Unable to type capital H on Esperanto keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press the shift key
2. Ĥ is displayed rather than H
3. Holding down Ĥ does not make an H available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One would expect a capital H, but only a capital Ĥ is available instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 20100119-imaginary (release 15) on an HTC Hero running
firmware version 1.6.

Please provide any additional information below:

h/H and ĥ/Ĥ are separate letters and should have separate keys. Could the -
key be replaced with an ĥ/Ĥ key since - is already selectable under the . key?

The "-" key have pop-up of "q,w,y,x".
If I change - to ĥ, maybe I should move the qwyx to popup to some other place?

Hmmm... Maybe "q, w, y, x" can pop up from the z key.

Currently the z key has other letters that arent used in Esperanto anyway.
