Hello. Can you add Czech layout?

Hello, thanks for doing that. Using the keybord more I suggest change mapping 
the charakters in landscape mode. In basic mode you find a letter 'ú' which 
you get by double taping 'u'. So there are two ways to get the same letter 
which not so common. Might be better map a letter 'ě' at the place.

@herrlado, as far as I know, the dictionary supports accent characters, right?
We can try to re-create the Czech dictionary from Wikipedia. This will probably 
create a dictionary with accents.

New dictionary utf8 encoded. Words sorted by frequensy. Hope you add htis 
dictionary and fix "autocompete bug".

How does its look with triple tap for character Ě from comment 30 and 33. As 
well solution from comment 52 is Ok. But this is realy big problem because this 
character is often used in czech language. Thanx

I suggest to map keys in landscape mode like this:

1 normal Q W E R T Z U I O P
2 normal A S D F G H J K L Ů
3 normal Y X C V B N M Ě

1 doublle tap Q W É Ř Ť Ý Ú Í Ó P
2 doublle tap Á Š Ď F G H J K Ľ Ů
3 doublle tap Ž X Č V B Ň M !

This maping will support all czech accented characters and would be fully 
functionable.

I did not forget it. Is on the normal layout (bootom right) and replaced the 
ú/Ú character, that was duplicated on the keyboard with double tap.

Hi, here are attached for developer the two layout XML files, that schould 
finaly fix the problem with "ě" on Czech keyboard. I think it will stop the 
complains on Market. ;-)

The layout is very nice. However, I found a bug and reported the bug here: 
http://code.google.com/p/softkeyboard/issues/detail?id=659

BTW, the idea with multiple key presses being translated into accented letters 
is so nice! It reminds me of one old Palm Treo 750 Czech keyboard :) Thumb up!

Is it be possible to have 4 row layout in landscape? There is planty of room 
for that on my Acer A500 tablet...

In portrait mode two keys are switched ý and ž (for long tap 6 and 7).
