smileys don't show correctly when hight is decreased

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In tweaks, change key hight factor to anything lower than 1.
2. Long press the smiley key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of all smileys presented correctly, the lower row is cut off, or even 
unuseable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20100328-x-dvtel (release 17)
On Donuot
