Add tests for the UI using Playwright

I'd be happy to help with some Playwright tests. Are there any aspects you'd particuarly like tests for?

That would be great @richarth

I guess at this point ensuring that the each of the different sections load would be a good start, I've seen it so that only the overview loads and not the others (fixed now) but yeah that would be good.

If there is a way to test the functionality that would be good, but I have no idea how playwright works

I'll take a look at starting with ensuring the sections load and we can take it from there.
