Low altitude scoops flipped #196

i try to use the low atmospheric scoops, but i think there is something wrong.

If i put the intake of the scoop foward like all the intake the scoop intake atm remain freezed to 30m/s and 50 unit.

if i put the intake reversed , on the same direction of the engine, the intake scale up with the speed like normal intake do.
