BSP-1 Karbonite Converter has Problems with ExpandoTubes #97

I have the following setup:

The Converter is connected to the Fuel Tank and the Karbonite Tank via an ExpandoTube. I have enough Karbonite in storage and start the Converter in order to get LiquidFuel and Oxidizer.

The Result of this action is that Karbonite is drained until it is empty but no LiquidFuel and Oxidizer appear.

Having the Converter directly connected to the tanks is a workaround.

I would expect that when a converter drains resources, it gives others back.

Version is from the MKS_PRE_0.20.4 Archive.

I would agree that it should not drain without giving something. But it should not even work in that setup tbh, because of fuel flow rules.

Fixed in the prior release with fuel flow rules change
