Add Advanced Duna Modules #1218

I'd like to see the ability to make a fully functional base with just Duna and Ranger modules. This would mean adding modules for the following:

Extract Water from Hydrates
Process Silicates to Silicon
Produce Refined Exotics
Produce Specialized Parts
Recycling Recyclables to Metals/Polymers/Chemicals
A single-bay version of the Industrial Refinery (Just relying on Ranger Smelters would drive part count way up, I think, since they're... what, 1/17th as productive as an Industrial refinery bay?)

I'm okay with not having a Nuclear Fuel Processing center, and shipping fuel up every few years, but if you want, a low-output version might be nice.

I think it might be cool to have a Cradle (pretty sure that's its name) variant which snugly fits a Tundra part and looks like a giant Duna part. That way, we've got the Duna's aesthetic with the Tundra's functionality.
