Since upgrading to 1.1.0.0, I don't have the option to "perform maintenance", and auto-maintenance from an inflatable workshop at my Mun base isn't happening anymore (it worked fine on the last release). Forum user PotatoAndBeanHarvester has been investigating this a bit and has come up with a possible fix: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/154587-13-modular-kolonization-system-mks/&do=findComment&comment=3564809
