MKS 'Ranger' Airlock + Vanilla EVA construction duplicates colonists. #1534

Had a rover with engineer inside the airlock, took this engineer outside to reposition the airlock on the vessel. After trying to enter the vessel through the said airlock, I see a message stating the airlock is full on capacity. After swapping to the vessel I have a second copy of the engineer. Possibly extends to any part which can house a colonist and can be 'EVA constructed', don't know gave up and uninstalled, pretty game-breaking.

With information provided, could not duplicate the engineer duplicating. Test ran used a Ranger airlock that was attached to vehicle, with engineer inside, went outside with this engineer, and moved the airlock - no 2nd engineer was seen.
