Created CTT and Categories Fix

Created a CTT config for the Malemute parts. They now show in the 'Experimental Science' node (same node as the Narrow Band Scanner).

Chanded some categories:

• Malemute Cab now also shows in the 'Pods' category.
• Wheel and MiniWheel now also show in the 'Ground' category.
