Fix version file URL property #71

Hi @BobPalmer, the current value of the URL property in the version file is a 404 because the file was moved and renamed:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/UmbraSpaceIndustries/NuclearRockets/main/FOR_RELEASE/GameData/UmbraSpaceIndustries/Orion/Orion.version

Now it's fixed:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/UmbraSpaceIndustries/NuclearRockets/main/FOR_RELEASE/GameData/UmbraSpaceIndustries/NuclearRockets/NuclearRockets.version
