jar crashes in Windows #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register hook
2. ungegister hook
3. register hook again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please reopen on [GitHub](https://github.com/kwhat/jnativehook/issues) if it is 
still an issue with RC3.
